These terms cover your use of the Granny’s Hugs website and store.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We try to keep product listings, prices, and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. If something is wrong with your order because of a listing error, contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. A flat shipping rate applies to each order, and orders over $100 ship free.

Returns and cancellations

If something is not right with your order, get in touch through our Contact page and we will work it out with you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. You can close your account at any time from your Account page.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
