This page explains what information Granny’s Hugs collects when you use this site, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your username, display name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

When you place an order, we store the items you purchased and the shipping address you provide. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.

When you send a message through our Contact page, we store your name, email address, and message so we can reply to you.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your cart. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not run third-party ad or tracking scripts on this site.

How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, respond to messages, and manage your account. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your account

You can review and update your account details, including your email and password, from your Account page. Closing your account deactivates it; your order history is kept but your access is revoked.
